Lancashire Developments is a family run construction company based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, who collectively share over 70 years of experience covering all aspects of the construction industry. Over the past 20 years we have worked hard to build the company up to the reputable organisation it is today - a certified NHBC Builder specialising in commercial, industrial and residential developments - as well as having an acclaimed mini-piling, drainage, foundation and groundwork division.As part of our ongoing commitment to the highest standard of workmanship, we work in close partnership with structural engineers, architects and local planners to ensure a responsive, more economical service, faster completion and exacting quality for all of your project’s requirements.
